Camping fee is $30.00 per night, which includes the first two persons. Additional guests are $10 per person, per night.

• All vehicles must arrive at Keiser Park, Windsor River Road, Windsor, by 8:30 PM Friday, June 14, 2013.
• No vehicles will be allowed to drive through the park or through the Windsor River Road gate during the hours of 4:30 AM and 11:00 AM Saturday and 4:30 AM and 10:00 AM Sunday.
• No hookups. Vehicles must be self-contained.
• No tents.
• No fires.
• Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. Dogs will not be allowed on the launch site during the event. All animal waste must be cleaned up immediately.
• No smoking on the launch fields from 4:30 AM until the last hot air balloon has left the field or until all balloon tethering operations have completely left the field.

Dinner tickets are available for Saturday night at a cost of $10.00 each.
Advanced notification is required at least one week before event.
